Hi, my name is Jason and I’m a full-time real estate agent and house flipper.
I’ve been a licensed real estate agent since 2007 and have been flipping houses since 2014.
To date, I’ve sold millions of dollars worth of real estate and completed a total of 16 flips.
I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit.
So after graduating from college from the University of Louisville with a business management degree, I struck out to make my way in the world working various short terms jobs and small business startups before settling into being a real estate agent.
However, while being an agent did offer me some of the lifestyle benefits I was looking for, it still lacked some of the financial incentives and rewards I was searching for.
So while working as a real estate agent in 2014 I started flipping houses with a partner, and have now flipped 16 homes.
So I created this website in the hopes of sharing what I love as well as what I’ve learned.
